Who agrees to what

You're agreeing with Jesús Lagares (full details in the legal notice) on an ad slot on auracheck.dev, by the month. It's a business-to-business agreement: you act as a business or professional, not as a consumer, so consumer rules don't apply. For any question, write to ads@auracheck.dev.

Which ads we take

We take products useful to people who build and launch software: development, hosting, analytics, SEO, design, AI, productivity and the like. We don't take gambling, crypto investment or trading, adult content, weapons, miracle products, or anything misleading or illegal.

Review before any charge

We review every ad by hand before it goes live and answer within 24 hours. We may turn a request down without giving reasons; if we do, nothing is charged and we delete the logo you sent.

Price and billing

• Prices are monthly, in US dollars (USD) and exclude VAT and other taxes, which are added to the invoice where they apply.
• Each slot's price is the one the site shows when you ask for it; it isn't negotiated in the form.
• The first month is charged when we approve your ad and the slot becomes yours; then every month automatically with the saved card, until you stop renewing. We remind you by email 3 days before every renewal.
• If a payment fails, you keep your slot for 3 days while we try again every day and you can change your card from your private page; if it still can't be charged, the slot is released.
• Your card is stored and charged by Stripe; we only see its brand and last four digits.

Taken slots: offers and outbidding

Anyone can offer double a taken slot's current price. Whoever holds it gets 3 days to match; if they don't, they keep the slot until the end of the month already paid and then it goes to the higher offer. An offer isn't charged until the slot is theirs; if it's beaten or matched, it's cancelled at no cost.

Stopping

You can stop renewing at any time from your private page. You keep the slot until the end of the paid month; part of a month in progress isn't refunded.

Your ad

• You confirm you may use your ad's name, logo and text, that they don't infringe anyone's rights, and that your link leads to a lawful site that doesn't mislead.
• You allow us to show them on auracheck.dev, adapted to the format (for example, the logo scaled down), while you hold the slot.
• The ad is labelled as advertising and links to your site with UTM parameters.
• We may remove an ad that breaks these terms. If we remove it through no fault of yours, we refund the unused part of the month.

Numbers

Impressions and clicks are counted without cookies and exclude bots, so they're approximate. We don't guarantee a number of visits or any particular result.

Liability

We provide the slot and keep it visible, but the site may have occasional outages. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damage or lost profits. Nothing here limits liability the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Your data

We use your contact email and invoices only to manage your slot. How we handle them is in the privacy policy.

Changes and governing law

If these terms change in any important way, we'll email you before they apply to your next renewal. They're governed by Spanish law.
